We will execute your order within 24-48 hours working days from the date of placing the order. We ship 6 days a week. We do not process orders on Sundays & on national holidays.

All our orders are currently delivered through our reputed courier service partner Delhivery.

ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES?

We have a particular courier facility of Delhivery and any Shipping and COD charges will be shown at the time of order booking and need to be borne by the customer only.

DOES Myau.in DELIVER OUTSIDE INDIA?

No. Unfortunately, we do not deliver outside India at the moment. However, you are more than welcome to make your purchases from anywhere in the world, but please ensure the delivery address is within India.

HOW CAN I TRACK SHIPPING OF MY ORDER?

You can track the status of your recent purchases by clicking on the "My account" page as soon as you login to your account.

Our Standard Shipping time is upto 10 working days.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR RETURN AN ORDER AT WWW.MYAU.IN?

Call our Customer Care Helpline on 1800-117-060 or go to our Returns section. You can also write us at mail@myau.in and we will be happy to help you. 

Please make sure the goods being returned are unused and in sale-able sate, else we reserve our right for cancelling the refund.

Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

If you would like us to dispatch an alternative size, please also indicate this on the delivery note.

HOW WILL I BE REIMBURSED FOR THE PRODUCTS I HAVE CANCELLED OR RETURNED?

All the payment reversals or refunds will be completed as per our Cancellations policy. The amount to be refunded will be processed to your bank account/card account within 3 working days. The payment will however reach your bank account based on your individual banks payment reversal processing timeline.
